Mr. Carpenter brings over 30 years total experience in multiple areas of real estate development & domestic and international marketing operations, including profit and loss responsibilities, for start-up as well as established organizations. Experience also includes building and selling an Internet based commodities exchange start-up partnering with the Chicago Board of Trade. Currently Joe is an active broker & development consultant in commercial and industrial real estate.

Mark W. Hoeman
Mark W. Hoeman, hedge fund manager, located in Saint Louis, Missouri has been involved in the financial markets for over 30 years. He serves as founder and president of Hoeman Capital Management in his hometown of Saint Louis. Hoeman, age 48, has developed a proprietary trading model with extensive use of technical analysis and Japanese candlesticks. Additionally, he has done extensive research into the psychology of trading. He is currently active in a number of markets including precious metals, foreign exchange, and energy.

Joseph R. Kalin
Mr. Kalin has over 20 years of experience in Software Product Development and Management in the Information Technology and Software Application industry. He has held Management positions with Fortune 500 corporations, Big Six Management Consulting firms, and start-up software companies. Mr. Kalin has extensive knowledge and experience managing product development organizations and building and implementing mission critical software applications and technology products. Mr. Kalin was Vice President of Operations for MobileLynX, Inc. a start-up wireless and correction management software company for the IT infrastructure. At MobileLynX he was responsible for all product development activities and support. Prior to MobileLynX, Mr. Kalin was Vice President of Product Development for PaylinX Corporation, a successful pre-IPO and start-up electronic payments technology company where he was responsible for all product development and management activities. Prior to Paylinx, Mr. Kalin served in various information technology roles for MasterCard International, Mallinckrodt Medical, Express Scripts and Edison Brothers Stores, as well as a Management Consultant for KPMG Peat Marwick and Coopers & Lybrand now Price Waterhouse Coopers.

James E. McKee III

Mr. McKee, Founded PaylinX Corporation, the world leader in enterprise wide payment software in 1996. Mr. McKee grew the company from 5 people to over 175 with sales office in most major cities and international operations. PaylinX was sold to CyberSource Corporation in 2000 for $142 million.

Mr. McKee has founded a number of application software and financial services companies. He is currently Founder, Vice President and CFO of Payment Systems Group, Inc., a payment processing software company based in Saint Charles, Missouri. He has also worked with dozens of start-up firm founders and helped them with fund raising, sales and strategic partnerships.

Over Mr. McKee’s 30-year business career, he has held positions in finance and marketing sales in other technology firms including AT&T, Ameritech and Southwestern Bell. Mr. McKee has been recognized as an eCommerce leader by ibizresources and has been a featured speaker for technology groups and Big 4 Accounting firms.
